Borislava Karageorgieva

Borislava Karageorgieva is a corporate finance expert with substantial experience in financial compliance, regulatory analysis, mergers and acquisitions, angel investing, entrepreneurship, and board governance. She has worked with both early-stage and mature companies on an international scale.

Borislava is a Board Director and former President of the Chicago Booth Alumni Club of Chicago. Additionally, she judges, coaches, and mentors entrepreneurs in both the alumni and global new venture challenge tracks of the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation accelerator program at the University of Chicago. Borislava has co-founded several businesses, encompassing both for-profit and non-profit ventures.

She frequently teaches professional education courses on corporate financial strategy, decision-making, and risk management at the University of Chicago. Borislava holds an MBA from the University of ΊΪΑΟΙη of Business and a Bachelor's degree in finance from Sofia, Bulgaria. She is also a CFA charterholder and has earned a PAHM designation.
