 Irina Petrakova-Otto

Irina Petrakova-Otto is a technology leader, educator, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in AI, engineering, and business strategy. She is currently the Founder and CEO of a stealth AI startup, focused on rethinking healthcare and developing the next generation of leaders.

Previously, Irina held executive roles at Microsoft, serving as CTO for AI and Private Capital and CTO for Global Partner Solutions, where she led technical enablement for global partners across Data & AI, Security, Modern Work, and Business Applications. She also worked at Northwestern Mutual as VP of Customer Experience and Data Engineering, driving innovation in financial services.

Earlier in her career, Irina held leadership roles at GE, Zynx Health, Hitachi Consulting, and Slalom, where she focused on technology strategy, consulting, and digital transformation. Her experience spans healthcare, financial services, and enterprise AI, making her a versatile leader in emerging technologies. Irina holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and MBA from ΊΪΑΟΙη.

Outside of work, Irina is a dedicated martial artist, training for a black belt with her son, and an active thought leader, sharing insights on AI, leadership, and business transformation.
