Biography

Gary Silberg is former Global Head of Automotive and Partner at KPMG, and one of the world鈥檚 foremost voices on the future of mobility, artificial intelligence, and transportation innovation. His insights have been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and leading global summits.

For over 25 years, Silberg has been at the forefront of advising top automotive and technology firms 鈥 including Ford (as Global Lead Partner), NVIDIA, Rivian, Jaguar, Toyota, and Volvo 鈥 on strategy, innovation, and disruption. He has also led the UChicago Booth x KPMG M&A and Economic Forum for the past 23 years, hosting speakers such as Tim Ingrassia (Co-Chairman, M&A at Goldman Sachs), David Axelrod (Former Senior Advisor to President Obama), and Professor Eugene Fama (Nobel Laureate, UChicago) for a total of 11 Nobel Prize winners throughout the years.

In his course, Silberg will bring students face-to-face with global C-suite leaders to explore how industries are being redefined by emerging technologies.

Silberg holds an MBA from Booth and earned a BS in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
